CS Energy strives to be open and accountable, while protecting the confidentiality of commercially sensitive information.

We have adopted the Queensland Government's 'Right to Information' approach for providing the community with greater access to information.

If you wish to make a general information enquiry, please complete our Contact Us form. 

Before applying for information, please check to see if it is available through the publication scheme below, or elsewhere on this website.

The Right to Information Act 2009 (Act) does not apply to CS Energy and its subsidiaries (CS Energy) in relation to its functions, except so far as those functions relate to community service obligations. As CS Energy does not currently have any community service obligations, CS Energy is an entity to which the Act doesn't apply at this time.

Whistleblower enquiries

CS Energy’s Whistleblower telephone hotline is not currently operational. While we work to resolve this issue, please direct all whistleblower notifications and Public Interest Disclosures via email or mail to: whistleblower@csenergy.com.au or by completing the Contact Us Form.
