If you’re a recent or soon-to-be graduate you can gain valuable practical experience in the energy industry. We offer opportunities across a variety of disciplines, including mechanical and electrical engineering, chemistry, and health and safety.

Our graduate program consists of various schemes that differ in structure and duration dependent upon the discipline and industry requirements.

CS Energy advertises our graduate program intake online, via social media and at Queensland universities. The recruitment of graduates will be considered on an annual basis.

We also offer university students the chance to experience working at CS Energy through vacation employment and work placements. And we provide engineering scholarships for school leavers in the communities where we operate.
