If you’re a recent or soon-to-be graduate you can gain valuable practical experience in the energy industry. We offer opportunities across a variety of disciplines, including mechanical and electrical engineering, chemistry, and health and safety.

Our graduate program consists of various schemes that differ in structure and duration dependent upon the discipline and industry requirements.

Opportunities for undergraduates

CS Energy's summer undergraduate program provides a pipeline of talent for our graduate program.

We source our undergraduates from a number places, including our scholarship program, advertising, partnerships with universities and our new partnership with CareerSeekers, a not for profit organisation that works with companies to provide work for refugees and asylum seekers.

CS Energy also provides engineering scholarships for school leavers in the communities where we operate.
