CS Energy Strengthens Life Support Notification Processes

CS Energy is committed to being a safer, better business and is undertaking a proactive review of its compliance and governance frameworks to ensure it continues to meet the expectations of its customers and stakeholders.

As part of this self-initiated review, CS Energy has identified potential issues in the way life support registration obligations were managed for a small number of commercial and industrial retail customers.

While there is no indication that any harm has occurred, CS Energy recognises the importance of these obligations and has taken immediate steps to strengthen its processes.

CS Energy is conducting a rigorous review to provide assurance and identify any underlying issues.

CS Energy has notified the relevant customers and apologised for any concern this may have caused.

We are making changes to our systems and processes to further enhance our compliance and governance practices and have committed to a process of continuous improvement aimed at achieving best practice in customer service and support.

CS Energy continues to work closely with its stakeholders to ensure its systems and processes support the safe and reliable delivery of electricity to all customers.
