Our approach to health and wellbeing combines compulsory procedures for managing on-site risks with a range of optional employee programs.

Fit for duty

Our Fit for Duty system manages safety risks relating to alcohol and other drugs and fatigue. It aims to ensure no one on site poses an unacceptable safety risk to themselves or others.

Random drug and alcohol testing is conducted at all of our sites and procedures to prevent staff fatigue are in place.

The fit for duty system applies to staff, contractors and visitors.

Health at work and home

CS Energy offers a number of free programs to help employees manage their health and wellbeing, including:

  • Mates in Construction suicide prevention training.
  • Annual flu vaccinations.
  • Skin health checks.
  • Desktop ergonomic assessments.
