The Opportunity

Our 2020 Graduate Engineer Program is set to commence in February and will run for a fixed period of two years, working on a rotational basis across various teams at each of our sites.

The program aims to give you the chance to work across the entirety of our business – giving you a view of how each of our sites operate so you can gain a true understanding of the complexity of running one of Queensland’s largest generation portfolios.

Each graduate will be supported through structured work rotations. Your time and your day-to-day activities at CS Energy will depend on your study discipline and business requirements. At every step of the way you’ll be supported by your managers and mentors.

About you

We are looking for individuals with a strong desire to learn, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.


• Bachelor degree qualifications in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering;
• Students graduating in 2019 or who have recently graduated;
• Must hold a current Driver’s License; and
• Willing to relocate to each regional CS Energy site for extended periods (supported by CS Energy).
