As a member of the Business Improvement team, the Business Improvement Specialist manages improvement processes across the Business. The role is to assist in identifying, prioritising and delivering changes that add value to the business and develop a culture that drives ongoing improvement.
• Co-ordinates the identification and execution of improvement opportunities
• Delivers and assists others to deliver improvements through Lean, Six Sigma, Agile and Innovation processes
• Educates employees in improvement processes
• Streamlines end-to-end processes and delivers quantifiable value
• Develops an improvement culture across the business through mentoring and supporting processes
preferred applicant for this position will most likely possess the following
qualifications, skills and experience:
Belt Six Sigma highly desirable
in heavy industry
