Power Stations

CS Energy owns and operates power stations in Queensland, Australia.

We provide a reliable and flexible energy supply to the national electricity market and the state's North West Minerals Province.

We use coal, natural gas, coal seam methane and landfill gas to generate more than 3,500 megawatts of electricity.

COAL FIRED PLANT:

• Kogan Creek Power Station (750MW) in south west Queensland
• Swanbank B Power Station (480MW) in south east Queensland
• Callide Power Station (1720MW) in central Queensland

GAS FIRED PLANT:

• Swanbank E Power Station (385MW) in south east Queensland
• Mica Creek Power Station (325 MW) in northwest Queensland

RENEWABLE PROJECTS:

• ReOrganic Energy Swanbank (5MW) is an innovative project using landfill gas to generate electricity
