CS Energy is one of Australia's truly regional companies, with more than 85% of staff living and working in the communities of Ipswich, Biloela, Mount Isa and Chinchilla. We aim to contribute to the lifestyle and cultural development of these regional areas, through our community partnerships.
CS Energy is committed to open and honest dialogue with our neighbours, and has initiated Community Reference Groups (CRG) in Ipswich and Chinchilla to help resolve local issues. The Swanbank CRG was established in late 2001, in conjunction with Thiess Services. It is made up of twelve elected community representatives and an independent chairperson. Swanbank Talk lets the rest of the community know what is going on at the CRG.
