Personal information collected by CS Energy will not be used or disclosed to other organisations or interested bodies except where required or authorised by law, or where consent has been obtained from the individual or their authorised representative.

Freedom of Information
As a Government Owned Corporation, CS Energy has an obligation to comply with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 1992 (the FOI Act). For information on CS Energy's process for FOI requests, please download our Statement of Affairs.
CS Energy is exempt under the FOI Act from disclosing documents relating to its commercial activities or its community service obligations under the
Government Owned Corporations Act 1993.
